The first yoga practice I coincidentally discovered was a meditation during my first trip to Bali. It lasted a couple of minutes, but it left a forever memory on my being.
I didn’t think so much about it after, but it probably awakened something in me as I came from this vacation obsessed with one thing: starting yoga.
